We are a small agile team, operating out of our co-working hub in Croydon, with remote working colleagues and the need to operate from client sites and on the road.
From the company inception we have embraced Microsoft 365 through hard and good. Being early adopters we have seen the 365 suite evolve and every new application provides us with an exciting new tool to use within our own business and to implement as a solution for small businesses like us.
From the virtual office
With Office 365, SharePoint online and Microsoft Team allowing our team to communicate, collaborate and solve problems together no matter where we are.
To forging a unified office
Adopting Cloud PBX and PSTN calling within Microsoft Teams for our own telephony supports our external communications with external customers and supports the conferencing facility we needed.
Business Process Management
Our own business was born out of working with small – to – medium sized business and observing the pitfalls of not adopting business process management at an early stage.
Very often the gaps are filled by spreadsheets or at worst paper shuffling.
There is a better way. In fact in the years that we have been supporting these businesses, technology has forged even more affordable and agile solutions for us to maximise your processes and these come in all variety of sizes.
Small scale – plugging the gaps
Using a combination of Azure subscription based services and Microsoft Power Automate we have assembled services to bridge integration needs and data processing.
Larger scale – end-to-end
With Codeless Platforms BPA we have developed end-to-end solutions to map entire processes digitally with BPA providing a central task management service.
…and these are the extremes with many flavours inbetween.
Amongst our core expertise we are skilled web developers and we can add great value to WordPress company websites, Magento eCommerce stores and SharePoint Online development.
With the boom of mobile apps, these skills have transferred easily to broaden our offering to include both native and hybrid mobile app development.
