With 15+ years of infrastructure support, data management and development experience in the private and education sectors, Adam has a proven track-record in FE with an emphasis on learner management systems. This coupled with ease in establishing close working relationships within client curriculum teams makes for some key skills in solution implementation/change management and team leadership.
Client Delivery Manager
An experienced client manager with 12 years in the tech industry, Elizabeth bridges the gap between solution concepts and delivery. Through excellent team and resource management, both projects and “Business as usual” are in safe hands.
Operations Support Engineer
An experienced Microsoft 365 Global Administrator, Peter leads on SharePoint development projects for our clients from planning and implementation of on-premise installation to the development and release of application solutions such as workflow for business process management. His areas of expertise extend to hardware technical support and office application support including 365 setup, administration and feature support.
In terms of a wider role in FE, he provides the operational support required to install, upgrade and support many Educational applications with a strong background in the Advanced ProSuite family.
Peter also provides Learner Management system and VLE technical support with a great deal of experience liaising with curriculum teams in the process.
Luke has a highly professional solution-focused approach and an emphasis on cyber security.
