White Orca are looking for an intuitive individual in a full time Solutions Engineer role to join our small, ambitious team based in an interactive and diverse tech hub in Croydon. Your role will be a fundamental position that will provide end-to-end technical solution delivery, including project management and stakeholder liaisons.

We are a consultancy helping small businesses and professional teams within organisations, develop and manage their business information. These customers span a variety of sectors, including Social Care, Health Care, Commerce but specifically Further Education and you will work closely with these businesses to develop solutions of varying scale within their business processes and systems to identify performance enhancements, address inefficiencies and improve data integrity, transparency and value.

In this challenging role within a small team you will need diverse knowledge (or be comfortable with research where there are gaps), solutions-focused thinking and the technical ability to bring concepts to reality for our customers. Your background can be web or SQL developer biased but you will be expected to be able to traverse a full technology stack confidently.

Successful candidates will have at least 3 – 5 years working with customers and be subject to DBS.

Salary for the role is £35,000 to £38,000, depending on your experience.
